Our Story

Yam Gurung has been cooking Nepali, Western and International food for over 15 years. Born and raised in Nepal, Yam believes in cooking, eating and serving fresh, hoem prepared food starting with natural, healthy and tasty ingredients!

With almost 10 years of experience in London's food scene, including fast paced catering at Custom Cuisine, fresh take out at Dinner Liberty and his own market work, Yam is ready to meet your dining needs.

Behind the scenes is Samantha Shuster, Yam's wife, food tester and business coordinator. Together they look forward to working with you and providing delicious fresh food for your family, business and social events.

Our Banner

The coloured flags seen accross the top of our logo (check out our website) are symbolic of the Buddhist prayer flags. They represent fire, earth, sun and water. As the wind blows through these flags, blessings are sent across the land. These flags are commonly seen through our Nepal and like the blessings we hope to spread incredible whole foods across this land.
