We are very well known for our Quebec tourtierres, Steak and mushroom pies, Steak and kidney pies and European quiches.
We bake our breads with Arva flour and scale our breads at 800 grams. We are known for our unique breads such as Roasted pepper breads and ancient breads with ancient grains.
